How do I know if this practice is right for me?

We believe that almost anyone can find some benefit from our services. Whether you’ve been feeling low or tired or recently been diagnosed with a new illness, like diabetes, we can offer support to help restore your health to a better place. What Conditions do you treat?

We see clients with a wide range of conditions and symptoms, and we truly believe we can help reduce the burden of almost any ailment. Common conditions that we treat include, but are not limited to, the following: fatigue, weight gain, hypothyroidism, migraines, diabetes, anxiety, depression, heart disease, skin conditions, acid reflux, constipation, belly pain, dry skin, mood swings, etc.

How does it work?

We offer a medical consult service which means that we will evaluate almost any issue someone is struggling with. During the first visit, we will discuss the issue in great depth together as well as obtain a comprehensive history. After that initial consult, we will devise a treatment plan together. The treatment plan will vary significantly depending on the issue at hand.

What should I expect on the first visit?

The first visit usually lasts between 60-90 minutes. We schedule this much time to make sure that we can discuss the issue at hand in great detail without feeling rushed. At the end of the visit, we will discuss the next steps to restore health and hopefully help the issue at hand. The first visit is a flat fee of $375.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance payments, but we are happy to help you file a claim with your insurance if you wish .

What if i am interested in Trying acupuncture?

Please come try it! The first acupuncture session is usually 30-45 minutes long, and this time includes discussion as well as the treatment itself. Usually multiple sessions are recommended after the initial one, and the frequency of these sessions depends on the issue being treated. The first acupuncture visit is a flat fee of $125. Established clients pay less for the first visit because much of the history and discussion has already been performed.

What are restorative services?

Restorative services are opportunities we offer meant to encourage self-care and mindfulness. In this busy world, we can forget to check in with ourselves and provide ourselves with the love and support we need. Services like massage and acupuncture can help restore your physical and mental health. Even services like facials provide valuable self-care opportunities for mindfulness and spiritual healing as well as improving skin health. As our practice grows, we plan on adding more and more restorative experiences to help people connect with themselves and find more joy from their lives.
